Hotwireless is a South African business based in Constantia, Cape Town, operating nationally. We supply captive portal software, reputation management tools, AI concierge, and connectivity (including WiFi in Motion for transport) to restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail, events, and community projects.

### Smart Review Router (Reputation Management) — in pilot
Four-question service check presented at the end of the guest's WiFi session. Guests rating 4 or 5 stars are prompted to leave a Google review with a one-tap deep link. Guests rating below 4 stars trigger an instant WhatsApp alert to the on-duty manager with table number, rating, and short comment, enabling service recovery before the guest leaves. Captures happy customers for public Google reviews and prevents unhappy customers from becoming public 2-star reviews.

### AI Concierge — in active development with pilot partners
AI-powered "pocket barman" on the WiFi splash page. Guests order first-round drinks directly from their phone; orders flow to the venue's POS in seconds. Menu Q&A, allergen information, specials recommendations. Frees waiters to focus on food service and hospitality.

### Captive Portal Software
Branded splash pages, time and bandwidth limits, voucher and paid tiers, social login (Google/Facebook), CRM export (Mailchimp, HubSpot, webhooks), multi-site dashboard, POPIA-compliant consent. Works with existing WiFi hardware (UniFi, MikroTik, TP-Link Omada, Aruba, etc.) or new hardware supplied by Hotwireless.

### WiFi in Motion
Managed WiFi for buses, shuttles, tour operators, mobile clinics, transport. Same captive portal platform as fixed venues, deployed per-vehicle and managed centrally.

### Vouchers & Paid Access
Voucher generation and paid-tier upgrades for venues that want to monetise their guest WiFi (hotels, co-working spaces, student accommodation).

### Community Free WiFi Project
Helps local businesses and organisations set up free community WiFi hotspots funded by local advertising on the splash page. Hardware supplied by Hotwireless; running costs offset by ad revenue.
