You supply the fibre line
You need a reliable, uncapped fibre line to run the hotspot. It stays on your own ISP account; internet charges are not included.
You buy the equipment, we install it
We size the hotspot kit for your space and range, then configure and install it. You pay for the equipment; we quote it for your site.
We manage it for a monthly fee
The login page keeps usage fair with time limits, speed limits and consent capture, so one heavy user cannot spoil the line for everyone else.
Your branding, your advert page
Your branding on the login page and your advert page (your own messages, or space you sell to local businesses). Guests sign in with POPIA consent at the login step.

Who can host a Community Free WiFi hotspot? +
Any business or organisation with a fibre line and a space where people gather: spaza shops, cafés, pharmacies, community halls, churches, schools. The hotspot runs on your own fibre line, on your own ISP account.
Who pays for it? +
The host. You pay for the hotspot equipment and a monthly fee for the managed service: the login page, fair-use limits and support. Your fibre line stays on your own ISP account, and internet charges are not included, as with every Hotwireless package. We quote it for your site after a feasibility check. Guests pay nothing.
Who owns the branding and the advert page? +
You do. The login page carries your branding. The advert page is yours: run your own messages on it, or sell the space to local businesses. Guests sign in with POPIA consent at the login step.
Is it legal to share my fibre? +
In most cases, yes — as long as your ISP's terms of service allow sharing (most uncapped home/business packages do). We can check your T&Cs with you. Guest traffic is kept separate from your own business network.
What about data abuse from heavy users? +
Every user gets a time limit and a speed limit at the login page, so nobody can take the whole line. That is what keeps the connection usable when a lot of people are on it at once. We do not inspect or filter what people look at.
Do guests have to pay for access? +
No. Community Free WiFi is free for the guest. Each person gets a time-limited session on the login page. The host pays to run the hotspot, not the people using it.
