Your specials on the waiting screen
While the car is being cleaned, the customer is sitting under the gazebo on their phone. A branded splash page with your logo and wording puts the polish, the tyre shine and the full detail in front of them at exactly the moment they have nothing else to do.
A customer list you own
On Basic + Data Collection, customers give name, email and cell number before going online, with POPIA-aware consent captured at that moment. The list is yours to export, which is how a quiet rainy week gets turned into a message to people who have already used you.
Know your busy hours
Guest Insights shows connections and visitor counts, new versus returning customers, busy times and how long people stay. Enough to staff a Saturday morning properly instead of guessing.
Running it
What it takes to keep it working on a forecourt.
An outdoor waiting area, a wash bay full of water, and a card machine you cannot afford to have flaky. The WiFi has to be built for that.
The card machine stays separate
Guests are kept off your own network, so your card machine and office PC are not sitting on the same network as the waiting area.
Fair use on a shared line
Time and bandwidth limits are set per access tier, so a full forecourt of waiting customers does not flatten the connection.
Free, voucher or paid
Most washes run it free. On the Basic + Data + Guest Insights package they can add advertising on the page, or vouchers, which work well for a loyalty tier or for the fleet customer who is in twice a week.
We run it, not you
We supply, set up and look after the equipment, and nobody on the forecourt logs into anything. Support runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 SAST.
Cost
From R399 per location per month, ex VAT.
Basic is the branded portal. Basic + Data Collection at R599 adds the customer list. Basic + Data + Guest Insights at R799 adds the visitor numbers and busy times.
Fixed monthly fee, no usage-based costs, and you can cancel on one calendar month's written notice. Hardware and installation are quoted per site, and a site survey is available on request.
