Your event gets its name and creative on the first screen every attendee sees, and you can change it between days of a multi-day programme. A headline sponsor’s advert can run there too, with the Advertising add-on (R799 package).
Per-session limits
Time and bandwidth limits are set per access tier, so one attendee streaming does not take the room down during the keynote.
Attendee details, consented
On Basic + Data Collection, attendees give name, email and cell number at sign-in, with POPIA-aware consent captured at that moment. The list is yours to export for the post-event follow-up.
Numbers for the wrap-up report
Guest Insights gives connections and visitor counts by day, plus busy times and how long people stayed connected. Real figures instead of a guess at the door count.
Free, voucher or paid
Give delegates free access and sell vouchers to exhibitors, or carry sponsors on the login page with the advertising add-on. Both are add-ons to the Basic + Data + Guest Insights package. The venue chooses the model, not the platform.
The venue network stays separate
Guests are kept off the venue’s own network, so the box office, the card machines and the AV control are not sitting on the attendee WiFi.
Before the floor plan is locked
A survey first, then a costed quote.
A site survey, on request, covers the visit, coverage analysis, an equipment recommendation and a costed quote.
We supply, set up and look after the equipment, and nobody on your team logs into anything. Packages start at R399 per location per month, ex VAT (1 WiFi device managed; extra devices from +R50 a month), on a fixed monthly fee with no usage-based costs, and you can cancel on one calendar month's written notice. Hardware and installation are quoted per site, and support runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 SAST.
