On Basic + Data Collection, clients enter name, email and cell number before going online, with POPIA-aware consent captured at that moment. That is a mailing list you own, built from people who have already sat in your chair.
Know your quiet hours
Guest Insights shows connections and visitor counts, new versus returning clients, busy times and how long people stay. Useful when you are deciding whether Tuesday morning needs two stylists or one.

A three-hour colour appointment on a phone uses real data. Time and bandwidth limits are set per access tier, so a full salon does not turn into a crawling connection.

Guests are kept off your own network, so the booking tablet, the card machine and the office PC are not on the client WiFi.
Nobody has to manage a router
We supply, set up and look after the equipment. Your receptionist never has to reboot anything or read a password off a sticker.
