Per-property branding
Each property runs its own splash identity, with its own logo, colours and wording. A group can look consistent or let each property keep its own character.
Vouchers at reception
Generate voucher batches and hand the code over at check-in, print it on the registration slip, or put it in the welcome pack. Redeem-tracking tells you which batches have been used.
A free tier plus a paid upgrade
Give every guest a fair free allowance and sell a longer or faster session to the business traveller who needs a clean video call. Free access, with advertising, vouchers or paid access available as add-ons to the Basic + Data + Guest Insights package, all from the same portal.
Guest details, captured cleanly
On Basic + Data Collection, guests give name, email and cell number at sign-in with POPIA-aware consent. The list is yours, and it is the same list you use for a returning-guest offer out of season.
Numbers behind the stay
Guest Insights shows connections and visitor counts, new versus returning guests, busy times and how long guests stay connected. Useful when you are arguing about shoulder-season occupancy.
The property network stays separate
Guests are kept off your own network, so the front-desk PC, the card machine and the back-office systems are not on the guest WiFi.

Accommodation sites are the hardest WiFi shape there is. Thick walls, separate blocks, a garden and a conference room that fills up once a month.
A survey before a quote
A site survey, on request, covers the visit, coverage analysis, an equipment recommendation and a costed quote.
We run the router
We supply, set up and look after the equipment at every property, and nobody on your staff has to log into anything. A change to the login page or the access rules happens from our side.
Predictable cost
From R399 per location per month, ex VAT, for the branded portal (1 WiFi device managed; extra devices from +R50 a month). Fixed monthly fee, no usage-based costs, cancel on one calendar month's written notice. Hardware and installation are quoted per site.
Support with a working day behind it
Support runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 SAST. You get a person who can see the router, not a ticket queue that asks you to reboot it.
